What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer free standard shipping, typically within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. For faster delivery, we also provide Expedited Shipping, which arrives within 3 to 6 business days; Second Day Shipping, which comes 2 business days after shipment; and Next-Day Shipping, which ensures delivery by the end of the next business day. The expected delivery timeframe for international orders extends to 10 to 30 business days. For bespoke items such as custom steering wheels, delivery can take anywhere from 14 to 21 days, although this may extend up to 6 weeks, depending on production demands.

Please check the shipping times of a specific listing for accurate details, as various products may have different shipping times due to our collaboration with multiple suppliers. We utilise trusted carriers, including UPS, DHL, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail, to manage our shipments. Please note that all provided delivery times are estimates and given in good faith. For our EU and UK customers, these shipping terms do not affect your statutory rights, and we ensure that deliveries are made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

How long is the order processing time?

Most orders are processed as soon as the online purchase is finalised. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorised, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through Torque Modifications Limited. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email you used during the checkout process.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping, though free shipping does not apply to international orders. For details on customs processes, please email info@torquemodifications.com. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to various rules and restrictions, and you may incur additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If applicable, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and will be liable for any additional costs or taxes incurred.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you will have the option to specify a different delivery address. Kindly note that we reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date. Delays may occur due to logistical challenges, customs clearance, or unexpected high demand. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will keep you updated on any changes. While significant delays are rare, we appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

Please note that Torque Modifications Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify that you have received all boxes and checked all packing materials for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Torque Modifications Limited.

What can I do if I am not available to pick up the package?

If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may, depending on the type of delivery service and carrier, leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. If you cannot receive the parcel during the carrier’s final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier’s depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to us. In such a case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated delivery time.
