Replacing the steering wheel in vehicles equipped with airbag systems will disable the functionality of the driver’s airbag, as well as the front passenger’s airbag and any other airbags installed in the car.

When ordering a Boss Kit, please specify the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and indicate whether it comes with a standard steering wheel airbag.

We recommend that vehicles with airbags have the installation performed by trained professionals to prevent accidental deployment and injury. Additionally, you may need to inform your insurance company about the removal of the airbag system.

WHEN CARRYING OUT ANY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE CORRECT PROCEDURES. DISONNECT THE BATTERY TERMINALS FROM THE BATTERY AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL CURRENT FLOWING THROUGH YOUR VEHICLE WHEN CARRYING OUT THE DISASSEMBLING AND INSTALLATION OF THE STEERING WHEEL.
