The SmarTrack 5+ has been tested to the Thatcham S5 standard. The device operates using GPS/GLONASS, GPRS and GSM technology. Having an internal battery backup, the device can remain operational even when the vehicle’s power supply is removed. The device monitors the battery voltage level, ignition status and detects if the correct person is driving the vehicle through the driver recognition system. In the event of a theft, the vehicle can be remotely immobilised via police request.

The S5+ iMOB system is suitable for any vehicle including hybrid and electric vehicles. With automatic immobilisation the vehicle immobilises when the driver detection card is not present. Features such as Valet/Service mode make it even easier when you are servicing your vehicle or valeting it, allowing the guys working on your car to move it around hassle free. It is the most effective immobiliser using CAN technology relay.

• Wait for one of our Thatcham approved engineers to contact you with a time and date for installation that suits you, (typically within 1-5 working days for installation)
• Our Thatcham approved engineer will install your tracker/immobiliser within a few hours
• SmarTrack will contact you afterwards to take payment for your subscription (see the options in the subscription options dropdown above).
• Receive your completion certificate.
