Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Torque Modifications Limited. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible to return it for a full refund or an exchange. Below, you will find detailed information about our refund policy.

You can request a refund by sending an email to info@torquemodifications.com within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been used. Detailed procedures and conditions for refunds are provided below. Requests made outside of this 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items eligible for return must be in new and unused condition.

Custom steering wheels, airbag covers, and steering wheel covers are bespoke items made according to customer specifications and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers must cancel these bespoke orders within 24 hours of placing them. Once this period expires, the manufacturing process begins, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

A restocking fee may apply to some products returned. Please contact us directly for specific details related to your product.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email customer service at info@torquemodifications.com. In your email, please include the reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your return request is approved and an RMA number is issued, we will provide you with the specific return address for sending back your item.

Securely package the item in its original packaging and ensure that it is ready for shipment. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We h4ly recommend using a trackable shipping method to send your return to ensure it is safely received.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the process for your return or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing if you are in the UK, and 6-12 business days for processing if you are in other countries, starting from the date we receive your item. If you are eligible, you will be issued a full refund within a week of approval.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. If, for any reason, Torque Modifications Limited is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal Services

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase of an unused product on Torque Modifications Limited within 14 days without giving any reason.

For any purchased products, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by an unequivocal statement. The easiest way to do so is by informing our customer support through info@torquemodifications.com. If you do so, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from an agreement, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

No Disparagement

You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about Torque Modifications Limited’s products, services, members, managers, or employees.

Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge Torque Modifications Limited and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.

No Admission of Liability

You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by Torque Modifications Limited with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
