INSTALLATION PROCESS

• Disconnect the battery with a 10mm wrench, this is just to ensure there is no electric flowing through the car when you are installing your new head unit.
• Professional fitting is recommended (Please contact our fitting partners for more details)

• Please confirm that your car has AUX function before ordering this unit
• Please make sure the AUX is working, if it is not working this will have to be repaired before installation

• Multimedia Head Units will usually be dispatched same day, or next working day if cut off period has been reached.
• Some orders may take 2-3 weeks to be delivered if items are not in stock or other unforeseen circumstances. (Please contact our team for a more accurate date when ordering)
• Shipping costs are for mainland UK only
• Excludes Scottish Highlands, Ireland & Northern Ireland
• The following postcodes are considered as highlands & remote areas, these will be subject to higher postage charges (please contact us for charges)

RETURNS

• If the order is placed the customer can cancel prior to dispatch and would be offered a full refund, if the product has been dispatched, we would offer a refund less a 10% handling charge.
• Head unit(s) and accessories can be returned with 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be given (excluding shipping costs)
• If the head unit package was opened, we will first inspect the product before offering a refund, if there is damage or clear signs of use, we may refuse a refund.
• To be eligible for a full refund please contact us in writing, stating what the issue with the head unit is.
• Please ask a member of our team to send return address as this may differ from our main address.

WARRANTY

• Torque Modifications warrants that the Product(s) will be free from material defects under normal use of a period of one (1) year from the date of your purchase (“Warranty Period”).
