RETURNS

  • If the order is placed the customer can cancel prior to dispatch and would be offered a full refund, if the product has been dispatched, we would offer a refund less a 10% handling charge.
  • Dash Cams can be returned within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be given (excluding shipping costs)
  • If the Dash Cam package was opened, we will first inspect the product before offering a refund, if there is damage or clear signs of use, we may refuse a refund.
  • To be eligible for a full refund please contact us in writing, stating what the issue with the Dash Cam is.
  • Please ask a member of our team to send return address as this may differ from our main address.

WARRANTY

 

  • 3 YEAR WARRANTY – Road Angel Dash Cams all come with an easy 3-year warranty, if your dash cam develops a manufacturer fault within 3 years of purchase, we will replace it for you. No questions asked. Only available on Road Angel Dash Cams
